You will be hard pressed to find a better example of this LAMS approved 2000 Honda VTR250.
I have personally enjoyed every moment of riding this motorbike, throughout my learner’s and provisional licence period.
Recently restored, it is very tempting to keep this motorcycle for myself, however it’d be better appreciated by someone far less weighty (middle age has not been kind to me)…
Modifications to this motorbike include the addition of a windshield, aftermarket bar ends, handle bar risers, paint detail to the front sprocket cover and rear spring and lastly the addition of a cooling fan overide switch.
It has a brand new radiator; all engine fluids are fresh having just been serviced at 67k kms with Ipone R4000rs full synthetic motor oil, new oil filter, premium Nulon coolant and NGK spark plugs.

As mentioned, this awesome little bike has recently been restored. The plastic front mudguard, the rear cowl and the fuel tank have been repainted in the original Honda Red. All moving chassis parts such as the swing arm and steering head have been dismantled, inspected, lubricated and meticulously reassembled. The front and rear brakes have been stripped, cleaned and inspected, flushed and serviced with quality Dot4 brake fluid.
The twin carburettors have been stripped, cleaned and synchronised, and the throttle cables have been lubricated.
The drive chain has been cleaned and lubricated with Motul chain grease.
The sale includes spare oil filter, plugs, oil, original Honda motorbike tool kit and a Honda Service Manual.
This motorbike will be sold with registration to 21st of November 2017 and a fresh roadworthy certificate.
